What we keep, and why

Short version: we keep what you type into the two forms, we use it to quote you and to reach you, and we do not sell it or share it.

The quote form

We keep your answers: the rough size of the house, the zip code, whether it is new construction, the systems you want in one app, and what is already in the house. We keep the ballpark we showed you and whether we routed you to a person. If you leave your name, email and phone, we keep those too.

We keep the zip code even when you do not leave your details. That is how we decide which cities to open next. It is a zip code, not an address, and on its own it does not identify you.

Calls and texts

We only call or text you if you tick the box that says “It is OK to call or text me at this number about my house.” and give us a number. When you do, we record those words and the time you agreed, so both of us have the record. If the box is not ticked, we will not call or text; we will email.

The demo form

Your name, email, phone if you gave it, the time you picked, and any note you wrote. We use it to send one calendar invite and to run the call.

What we do not keep

We do not keep your IP address or anything about your browser or device in our database. Our hosting provider records the address briefly in its server logs, as every web host does. We do not use advertising cookies. Visits are counted with Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you by name, email or address. We do not send marketing email.

Who sees it

The people who run PapaHome at Papa Corporation, in Miami. The data sits in a database we control. Each request is also emailed to us, with a copy kept in a second mailbox we control, so it can be answered. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it. Write to nicholas@papacorporation.com from the address you gave us and we will send you what we hold or delete it, whichever you ask for, within 30 days.

Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA on every page. If something on this site is in your way, tell us at the same address and we will fix it.

The terms cover what a ballpark on this site is and is not.
